Easy access to all opportunities
This list initially shows all active opportunities. Your company
might be working on a proposal or are waiting on a decision by the
client. The drop down menu allows you to switch to opportunities that
you’ve won or lost in the past. Tags are a tool you can use to
categorize and search through your various opportunities.
Priority and Status
Priorities allow you to rank opportunities by their
‘hotness’ factor. The number of flames corresponds to the
‘hotness’ and pertinence of your opportunity – lots
of flames need lots of attention! The status indicates whether an
opportunity is active (or pending), already closed (won or lost), or if
it was cancelled.
Always know what’s up
The what’s up area allows you to add notes and tasks to an
opportunity. Tasks can be connected to specific people that are
involved. For example, you can create a task to call the Director of
Communication regarding the opportunity of building the client’s
website. The task will be visible in the opportunities as well as in
the Director of Communication’s contact history.
Keep a history of each opportunity
Doorbell keeps a history of notes and completed tasks relevant to
your opportunity, allowing you and your team to get instantly up to
speed on projects you haven’t worked on in a while.
